Tasting : A pure wonder! All in delicious fragrance, the liquor offering a pretty, almost limpid color, slightly tinged with yellow, is truly delicious. Fine, sweet and fruity (green plum, white grape, white flowers etc.) This tea is as sovereign as a Spring Darjeeling, at the same time, there are just "a few mountains" that separate these Nepalese gardens from the Darjeeling Gardens. It is advisable to re-infuse the leaves several times, as the liqueurs will be all the better.
