Taiwan Black Pearls N ° 10

Wulong Dark Pearls, is grown in the Tung Tai region in eastern Taiwan at around 1300 - 1350m above sea level and belongs to the family of long-fermented Oolong teas. The excellent climatic conditions, abundant rains and sufficient sunshine are the ideal preconditions for this wonderful tea. The leaves are carefully picked by hand and shaped into pearls.

This tea is quite simply a marvel, a beautiful Taiwanese Oolong, full of wonderful scent, intoxicating aromas and tastes. The amber colored cup develops very aromatic scents of tropical fruits, but also of stewed summer fruits, sugar, caramelized fruit and cinnamon. The flavors of the fruity notes are surprising, delicious, long and clearly detectable in the mouth. In short, this tea is truly a masterpiece.

Recommended preparation: Gong Fu Cha, Gaïwan, small teapot 

Preferred teapot: Earth, Porcelain or Glass

4 à 5g  -T° 85 à 90°C - 20 à 30 cl selon méthode de preparation -Several infusions recommended.

Provide very good quality water

On the photos, preparation for the tasting made in Gaïwan of 20cl - 4g infused at 70° (to taste without waiting), after a first rinsing with hot water - 4 minutes for the first infusion.

I have never had a tea of this quality!   I believe that until I met this Dark Pearls, I knew nothing about tea. He is amazing!! Cheer!

A very attractive oolong indeed.
It is a gluttony; sweet, honeyed, spicy, exotic tea.
Without any bitterness, it supports very well 5 to 7 successive infusions. A rare pearl to find in France. Thanks!

Hello, I did not know this tea, and I wonder how and why such a shortcoming. I believe that it is in the category of the most beautiful wulong that I have never tasted. To say that he is marvelous is good and true, but it seems to me that he is simply exceptional. In view of this tea which seems exceptional to me, (but this opinion only engages me), I wonder what wonders of teas are hidden in your sections: "T Luxury" and "Millesimes and Exception". Thank you, this Dark Pearl tea is a marvel.

To savor absolutely .... A beautiful trip ..

A cru with an aromatic bouquet that deliciously combines honeyed, floral and fruity notes with woody and vanilla notes that linger very pleasantly in the mouth.
A little marvel to discover, this tea is magnificent, it's simply beautiful, it's easy to enjoy, no need to worry... It will make you happy...
You can infuse it several times, in order to discover the many facets, and treat yourself, each time.
I thank Nadja, who through her passion for tea, gives us a lot of her knowledge, it's a pleasure to hear her talk about teas, it's magic!! and without artifice.. I like it a lot..
