Presentation : The Shangri-La Organic Green Pearls, are organically cultivated in the tea region "Ilam" at an altitude of 1700 m. About 96% of all Nepalese teas are grown in this popular region in the east of the country. The picking is carried out exclusively according to the quality principle "One leaf and one bud". After harvesting, the fresh leaves are carefully and gently withered for a short time. Then the leaves are rolled just a little bit by hand. and put into their unique shape by machines.
Tasting : Despite the distinctive green flavor of tea, the green shoots surprise with their sweet freshness and floral aftertaste. A luminous infusion in silvery emerald green colors. A delicious tea!

Recommended preparation: classic or Gaïwan

- 🍵T° 80° at 85°C - 🍃3 to 5g - 💦 20cl
1 rinse with cold water
- 🕙 Duration of infusion: 3 minutes in a classic teapot of 300ml maximum - 2 minutes in a gaiwan.
