A true treasure of the mountains of Uzbekistan. This species of thyme surprises not only with its small, perfectly shaped tender green leaves, but also with its sweet and spicy taste. What is unique here, and different from the common thyme used in cooking, is the pronounced and refreshing camphor note, almost peppermint, whose aroma develops in the cup with wonderful freshness. This mountain thyme can be enjoyed hot or on ice or even garnished with honey.
