China Anxi Tie Guan Yin

Origin: China East coast Fujian Village: Anxi . Semi-fermented tea between 20 and 30% resulting from a single harvest not only of the year but also single harvest of the same day.

Prepared according to the Gong Fu Cha method, this tea will offer whoever has mastered the many possible infusions, a very high degree of olfactory and gustatory emotions. He will tell himself slowly, will make desire.
