Spaghetti langoustines or Tomatoes Feta and Tea

At this precious moment, two plates sit on the table. The first is overflowing with spaghetti with langoustine flesh, a bold dish, with a delicate texture and a slightly spicy taste that dances on the palate.
The second offers a fresher combination: spaghetti mixed with melting feta and bright cherry tomatoes, their tangy juice flavoring each bite. And to enhance these two wonders, a very rare Assam tea, with deep, bold and smoky notes.

“Fu Soonga” is his name. Its enveloping

creaminess and its slightly smoky notes, wild woods and bamboo cane leaves, give it everything it needs to create perfect harmony with the flavors of these family dishes. A simple symphony, which fills the mouth with wonder, delicacies and succulents. It's absolutely divine!
