Drinking good quality tea in the morning is a very good reflex. Tea, like coffee, is good for awakening, but when it comes to tea, this is done over time. It doesn't kick start like coffee, but wakes you up and keeps you fit for hours.
Usually, we drink our favorite morning tea as an infusion, more or less quickly, more or less well prepared, depending on the morning emergency.
Today, 88 Teas offer an equally interesting and original way to take your tea in the morning, thanks to a preparation to eat rich in many essential nutrients, proteins, vitamins, amino acids etc .... all in one, benefits, speed, nutrition etc ...
(All the products of the preparation must be organic, that's better! It will be a small investment in the organic supermarket to start, but there is at least for 1 month or more and no obligation to buy them all at the same time, if you can, so much the better, if not, buy a few sachets as you go.according to your means and at the pace of your races).

Subsequently, you can also vary the choice of sachets, you can for example once a sachet ends, decide to buy the same or replace it with another, ex: replace (or not) the Chia seeds by linseed or squash seeds, or almonds, hazelnuts etc ... The variations are endless.
Be careful though if you are allergic to certain products, not to add them to your preparation.
You can easily replace them with others that suit you better.
